MEDIATIONS:

NEGLIGENCE-AUTO ACCIDENTS

-Auto accident involving drunk driver, personal injuries, and punitive damages.

-Three car chain reaction auto accident.

-Auto accident-Defendant hit parked car with driver in it.

-Three car accident. Insufficient insurance to cover all damages.

-Plaintiff stopped for light, rear-ended by flat-bed tow truck on freeway entrance pushing plaintiff into car ahead. Plaintiff’s car a complete loss. Plaintiff suffered personal injuries.

-Five car auto accident involving bodily injury claims-how to split up insurance proceeds

-Auto accident-PI/PD/WD.

-Insurance company, as subrogee, suing in uninsured motorist case.

NEGLIGENCE-OTHER

LANDLORD-TENANT

-Return of a deposit to hold an apartment which was not rented.

-Alteration of a tenant’s check increasing the amount thereon allegedly by a management company.

-Breach of rental agreement by landlord. Constructive eviction/Premises not habitable-bedbugs, cockroaches.

-Landlord (Defendant), owner of a single family house, refused to return security deposit and claimed damages in excess of same.

-Landlord-Tenant issues regarding commercial lease in strip shopping center.

-Unlawful Detainer- Sub-Tenant failed to pay lessee rent and allegedly caused lessee other damages.

-Landlord refused to reinstate long-term tenant who was late with payment of rent.

CIVIL HARASSMENT

-Invasion of privacy between neighbors involving cameras and physical acts of mischief.

-Neighbor sued neighbor for allowing dog to excrete body fluids on or near mailbox located on city property in front of home.

-Alleged stalking by rejected “suitor” of female neighbor in rental apartment building.

CIVIL RIGHTS


-Americans with Disabilities Act/C A Unruh Act re width of parking and signs at a strip mall for disabled persons who drive vans.

-Americans with Disabilities Act/ CA Unruh Act re height and accessibility of towel dispensers in commercial laundromat.

-While looking for unregistered sex offender, pursuant to search warrant, at single family home of his brother, at 7:00 A.M., police allegedly injured homeowner on front lawn by using excessive force to control homeowner. Sex offender brother, who was a street person who was only allowed to stay one night, was caught running out the back door.

-Declaratory Relief pursuant to CA Health & Safety Code, Section 1428 (B); Long-Term Care, Health and Security Act of 1973-Patient went into a diabetic coma, became brain dead, and died.

CONTRACTS
